How to make a warranty claim.

If you suspect there is a fault with a product from PT the following process is recommended.

Check your installation, wiring and calibration for any possible causes. We wish to avoid return of product unnecessarily. If you have questions or need help evaluating your situation contact support at PT

If after the preliminary step above you still feel that there is a fault in the product and that it is covered by the terms of our warranty (Click for Terms), please log into your account to complete the registration with Warranty Proof of Purchase.
There is a link at the bottom of every page after you have logged in to explain the process.

Warranty is available to the original purchaser, when you complete the form your eligibility to claim for the product will be verified and you will be contacted by email regarding the outcome with a claim number and a return address.
