If the incorrect account/password details are entered to many times the account will become inactive. You can click on reset password to be issued a new temporary password sent to your email address.
To claim a warranty it will be necessary to prove you are the original purchaser of the goods from PT and provide the serial number of the product and the number of the invoice from PT for the purchase of these goods. Please log into your account page and click on Warranty when you have this information and you wish to make a claim.
Most frequently when problems are encountered it is not a faulty product but some other cause. If you are not the original purchaser please contact the supplier from whom you purchased the goods or if you are not absolutely certain about a product being faulty contact PT Support to discuss the issues you are having.
