Problems Logging InHow to resolve problems logging in or renewing password.
If you have forgotten your password you can click on Customer Login in the top grey bar.
Then click on Reset Password
Enter your account code and the email address you have saved for your account code. Your account code will consist of 6 characters and will be on any invoices or previous on line orders. If you do not know your account code please contact PT Accounts
If you get an error when you submit the request to reset your password you may have an incorrect account code, please contact PT Accounts
If you do not get an error but you do not receive an email with a reset password please first check your spam or junk mail box, then if the email is not there possibly your account has a different email set so please contact PT Accounts
When you have the account code correct and receive a password reset email please enter your account code and copy and paste the password here Reset Password.
