Problems Logging In

How to resolve problems logging in or renewing password.

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password you can click on Login/Signup in the top grey bar.
Then click on Reset Password

Enter your account code and the email address you have saved for your account code.
Your account code will consist of 6 characters comprising capital letters and numbers and is case sensitive. It will be on any invoices or previous on line orders. If you do not know your account code please contact PT Sales
Also please note that in accordance with internet standards RFC 1035 and RFC 5321 the part of your email address before the '@' is case sensitive.

If you get an error when you submit the request to reset your password you may have an incorrect account code, incorrect email address or the upper/lower case is incorrect in which case please contact PT Sales

If you do not get an error but you do not receive an email with a reset password please first check your spam or junk mail box, then if the email is not there possibly your account has a different email set so please contact PT Sales

When you have the account code correct and receive a password reset email please visit the login page again and log in with either your account code or email address and the temporary password from the email, copy and paste the password here Login.

Upon success you will be asked to create a new password.

Reset Password Steps

  • Enter your active account code and email address here.
  • Check your email (and spam) for the reset email with temporary password.
  • Enter your email address and temporary password here.
  • Create your new password when prompted.
